Terms & Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and OnHires LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, which operatesH2J ("we", "us"). By using howtofindajob.io or buying a program, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What we offer

H2J provides educational job search programs for professionals: recorded lessons, templates, checklists, and, depending on the plan, feedback, mentoring and assistant support. We are not an employment agency for you, and we do not place you in a job through these programs.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and shown before any taxes that apply to your location.
• You pay through our payment processor. If we offer instalments, you agree to pay every instalment on time.
• We may change prices for future purchases. A price change does not affect a purchase you already made.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Your access

After payment we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the program for the access period stated on your plan. Access does not include the right to copy, resell, share, publish or record the material, or to give your login to anyone else. We may suspend access if you break these terms.

5. Intellectual property

The site, courses, templates, videos, text, logos and names, including "H2J", are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

6. What you send us

You keep ownership of your CV, profile and other material you send us. You allow us to use it only to provide the service to you, for example to review your CV. You promise that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate. See our Privacy Policy.

7. No guarantee of results

Hiring decisions are made by employers, not by us. We cannot promise that you will get interviews, offers, a particular salary or a job in a particular country. Results depend on your background, effort, the market and other factors we do not control. Examples and statistics on the site show what has happened for others and are not a promise of what will happen to you. The only outcome-based commitment we make is the guarantee in ourRefund Policy, on the conditions stated there.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the site or programs to break the law, harass others, scrape or overload the site, or try to gain unauthorized access. Do not submit false documents or claims to employers using our materials.

9. Third-party links and tools

The site and programs may link to third-party sites, job boards and tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or terms.

10. Disclaimers

The site and programs are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing here is legal, immigration, tax or financial advice. Visa and residency rules change, so check with the relevant authority or a licensed professional.

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost income or opportunity. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the program in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover losses caused by your breach of these terms or by content you submit that you had no right to share.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal claim, please email us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. If that fails, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we consent to them. If you are a consumer in a place where the law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home court, that right stays.

14. Electronic communications

You agree that we may send you notices and agreements electronically, and that an electronic acceptance, including clicking a button or paying, has the same effect as a signature.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to future use. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or on the site.
